Primal Challenge Day 6

Breakfast:
Not your usual breakfast. It started around 9am, ended after noon and had multiple small courses.
Let’s see: Beet chips, leftover taco fixings from last night, bacon, sauteed apples with butter and cinnamon, and finally steak and eggs 🙂

I guess it’s a good thing it lasted 3 hours! Although, to be fair, all of the portions were pretty small. I didn’t feel stuffed at the end…just sleepy, but that’s another story.

Lunch:
Because of the breakfast situation I wasn’t really hungry until later.
Around 5:30, I sauteed the other half of the happle with butter and topped it with cheese.  Then I had my Greek yogurt, strawberry, cocoa powder mix.

Now, I know what you’re thinking- hey, Amy didn’t that lady tell you  not to eat that anymore. Well, yes and no. When we were talking about it during my NTP consult, we were discussing the fact that I had eaten it right before bed, and after a day of eating crap. Now, this time I ate it earlier in the day and in a portion much smaller to what I had been doing.

Sounds like I’m rationalizing right? Probably. We shall see.

Dinner:
Not a lot of space between lunch and dinner, but it felt right;
3 lettuce wrapped tacos with bacon, tomatoes, sauteed onions and peppers, sprinkle of cheese, Mmmmm yummy!

  1. Yeah, if the yogurt & fruit stuff is the only dalliance (candy corn? who the hell likes candy corn? even YOU threw out the rest!) and not right before bed, then have @ it!
