Primal Challenge Day 8

Whew, today was a busy day!

Breakfast:
Yogurt, bacon- probably not the peak of health here, but it did the trick.

Lunch:
We had a huge event for work today with a delightful spread- sandwiches, chips, cookies, brownies, soup, salad. I opted for the salad 🙂

Dinner:
Lettuce wrap tacos with steak, radishes, cheese, tomatoes, and avocado. I also found these crackers at the store made entirely from cheese. They tasted like very expensive cheez-its.

Overall I felt ok today. I was riding a high from our event and then we had a board meeting after. By the time I got back to the office I had a raging headache.

I want to start going for a walk every evening after work, but I was on my feet all day and exhausted when I got home. The plan is to add in a walk tomorrow during lunch and yoga after work.
