Yesterday was a tough day. I was so exhausted, I could barely keep my eyes open.
Baked sweet potato fries with sausage.
Beef fajitas (no tortilla), broccoli salad
1 glass white wine, carrot and pesto salad.
I didn’t eat much because I was mostly too tired and therefore not hungry. I’m secretly hoping this is my body switching over to fat burning. Fingers crossed!
Tomorrow is the first day of school! I am so excited to get started! I watched some of the intro videos yesterday. I think it’s going to be a lot of work, but hopefully so worth it!
