The Foundations of Health- Part 1

It’s been almost 6 months since I graduated as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and in those 6 months I’ve spent a lot of time in my head figuring out what exactly to do next. I’ve taken baby steps here and there (bought my domain name, posted a flyer at a local coffee shop…hey, two steps… Continue reading The Foundations of Health- Part 1

Although, to be fair, all… Continue reading Primal Challenge Day 6

Primal Challenge Day 5

Breakfast: Bacon and potatoes. I know there’s some controversy about the healthiness of potatoes, but I consider them a whole food…and they’re tasty 🙂 Lunch: Egg foo young. I had two “patties” from the Asian grocery store. YUM! Good to know this exists for those nights when I’m feeling lazy. Yes, I realize I could… Continue reading Primal Challenge Day 5
